A Colorful Homestead Maternity Session

Are you into goats? Chickens? Wide open spaces? Wildflowers? Kids running free?

Yeah? Me too!!

That’s why I was SO thrilled when this family suggested having their maternity session at their homestead. I definitely didn’t need to be asked twice! Their kiddos were such hams for the camera, showing off their very best flips and their fastest laps around the yard. Which I might have encouraged… :)

We had the best time, and mama’s baby bump was the star of the show. I can’t get over how cute her floral dress is, and those tattoos! I am still swooning over all of the fun color and texture in this session.

I will never pass up a chance to get all of the kids together jumping on the bed.

Pregnant mother gets a moment to rest and reflect in her blue bedroom, pink chair, and floral dress.

Now outside to visit the goats! I especially love all of the dandelions and other wildflowers surrounding their property too. I firmly believe the more flowers the better, and I think the bees agree!

Goats, kids, family in action while mom poses with her baby bump in full profile in her maternity session at their home.
Close up of pregnant mothers belly and her toddlers toes, with goats and their mini farm in the background in her maternity session at their home.

Aren’t they simply the sweetest?

Back into the kitchen for a little snack time! I can’t get over the adorable kitchen dance moves as they wait for the popcorn to pop.
